All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the Australian Gallery website are quoted in Australian dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.
Australian Gallery online offers price adjustments for online purchases on first markdown only. Specifically, if an item has been reduced from its full price, we will credit you the difference. A price adjustment request must be made within 10 days of the order date for the price adjustment to be honoured. Please contact us by sending an email to service@australiangallery.com. We will refund the adjusted amount in the original form of payment.
Payment
Australian Gallery accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorisation and confirmed stock availability.
Sales Tax
Australian Gallery charges goods and services tax (GST) of 10% on online transactions, as required by applicable Australian laws. Overseas purchases online are exempt of this GST tax and will be charge less 10%.
Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax.
Freight
Price Includes GST / International Freight Charge where applicable
Note: All Limited Edition Prints (16 inch and over) are Freight inclusive. Retail product prices shown DO NOT include freight unless specified. Freight charges, where applicable, will be automatically added to your total once the shipping details have been completed during the Checkout process.
International Clients Please Note: All import duties and taxes levied by your country are payable by you.
Tracking
We use Federal Express for international delivery of all prints - framed and unformed. They have a terrific safety record and we have complete confidence in their tracking system. The prints are fully insured from our door to yours. When you order a print through our web site, you will receive automatic confirmation of your order. Then, when your print is despatched.
To ensure the security of you delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain a tracking number for each delivery. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to service@australiangallery.com.
Returns/Exchanges
Australian Gallery wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Australian Gallery online purchases, we will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet our return/exchange requirements.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via Federal Express or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Australian Gallery does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to service@australiangallery.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
